Christine Hurley, 72, allowed her partner Peter Fardell, 58, to grow cannabis plants in the terraced home they shared in Worthing. The unassuming mock Tudor terrace in Sompting Road looks much the same as its neighbours. Rows of porcelain ornaments fill the cottage front garden — but behind the front door Hurley and Fardell were hiding a professional scale drugs operation. The pair pleaded guilty to drugs offences at Hove Crown Court on Tuesday. Fardell admitting producing cannabis and Hurley admitted allowing their home to be used to grow drugs.
Prosecutor Nicola Shannon said police found more than plants as wells as bags full of the dried drug. Fardell tried to claim that Hurley had not benefited from the sale of the drugs.

Arthur changed his surname to Neilson after the birth of Ruth’s elder sister Muriel.
Ellis attended Fairfields Senior Girls’ School in Basingstoke, leaving when she was 14 to work as a waitress. Shortly afterwards, in at the height of the Blitz, the Neilsons moved to London.
Mum-of-three Hannah Havers, 35, joined the police in but the long hours and stressful shifts were leaving her exhausted and affecting her marriage. She found she had little time and energy to spend with husband Michael, also a PC, and her children Christian, 11, Harley, four and Madison, two. Thanks to her unconventional career swap she now gets to care for her kids every day, spend time with her hubby and they can save money for the first time in years. I wish I had done it ten years ago. We didn’t have a good quality of life. I couldn’t wait to get home. It wasn’t me anymore. She works two or three nights a week at Honey Pot in Maidenhead – a club she worked at aged 19 – starting at 5pm and finishing around 2am. The mum-of-three admits it’s a “long night in high heels” but insists going back to lap dancing was the “best decision I could have made”.

England and Wales with the exception of the City of London , which was outside the scope of the Act were divided into 60 circuits, with a total of county courts within these circuits. Few permanent courts were needed initially, given the infrequency of court hearings, and temporary accommodation such as a town hall would often be used where there was no existing courthouse for use.
The judicial business of the county courts is now carried out by circuit judges a term introduced by the Courts Act and district judges as the post of registrar was renamed by section 74 of the Courts and Legal Services Act In July , further proposals to close 19 county court venues were announced. Before then, a county court with more than one location in its title would sit at each location named.
The obligation for one court to sit in multiple locations was removed by the Civil Courts Order Instead, it was specified that a county court was to be held at each location named in the order and courts were to be named after that one location save for a few exceptions where the name of a former court town was retained in the court’s title, such as the Aldershot and Farnham County Court.

The original special included spirited ‘sit-down’ performances with Elvis and original band members Scotty Moore and DJ Fontana plus then-new material, including the classic ‘If I Can Dream’. While editing this album they have made all songs ‘blending in’ so you will get the feeling as if you are in the actual session with no pauses. All tracks from the ‘Stax Sessions’ have been included in this 2 CD set. Rehearsals go straight into the songs, and there are some funny portions mixed in.
One thing we do want to mention is the newly created ‘harmony’ version of ‘The Wonderful World of Christmas’, although there are no outtakes available the CMT team managed to make a very different sounding track, where even the vocal ending is far different then the master take! All the other tracks are spliced very well, with longer intros. Elvis’ Sun 45rpm 7″ inch replica singles A strictly low number of sets have been produced of Elvis’ Sun 45rpm 7″ inch replica singles.
